Now that there are a couple of plants on my desk (and many more on the entire floor) to absorb the toxic air here in the new office, i often catch sight of tiny ants or bugs crawling across my desktop. That is a visual nuisance. The instant urge is to press my finger against it, ends its life so that i don’t see anything moving on my desk except the mouse.
But no. Ants/Bugs’ are lives, too. So a couple of times i stopped short of touching them and watched them pass by. Live and let live. We are all breathing the same toxic air while making a living.
